jss: ensure strings are used for comparison in class hashtable

Fixes a problem encountered in lookup for
'abcl-asdf:AETHER.GRAPH.DEPENDENCY' which for some reason resulting in
the class name asdf:AETHER.GRAPH.DEPENDENCY. However it was supposed
to be just a class suffix.

Thanks to Alan Ruttenberg.
