      [PATCH 4/5] Runtime class improvements. · bf8c4b69
      From faceaa2be78d92b6a6c43f5925fae926f9607bce Mon Sep 17 00:00:00 2001
Work in progress to get to a more functioning runtime class support.

      - Make static functions and :int parameters work.
      - Fix return conversion for null.
      - Ensure that the same classloader is used.

Because otherwise the name of the superclass couldn't be found as it's
        not cached anywhere.

It would probably make sense to make the normal classloader a caching
one, so that custom classes can be found by other parts of the (Java)
        system?

      From cb667c106187443ff2d00bace14f0ee0686fe2fd Mon Sep 17 00:00:00 2001
Adds a custom, seekable writer to be able to go back in the written
output for `STRING-OUTPUT-STREAM` - the input case is slightly less
      complex.

jss: ensure strings are used for comparison in class hashtable · e6137401
Fixes a problem encountered in lookup for
'abcl-asdf:AETHER.GRAPH.DEPENDENCY' which for some reason resulting in
the class name asdf:AETHER.GRAPH.DEPENDENCY. However it was supposed
to be just a class suffix.

      Thanks to Alan Ruttenberg.

      Upgrade to asdf-3.1.6 · 5ebfec09
N.b. one will have to do a full clean of existing fasls for this
change to compile. Otherwise one gets errors about "wrong number of
      arguments for DEFSETF".

N.b. the configuration directory under Windows has changed in
incompatible ways. We intend to "fix" this in a backwards compatible
manner before releasing a version of ABCL based on this change but
wish to get asdf-3.1.6 out into circulation as a first step.
