Eliminated style warnings in SBCL

Removed declaration of 'indexed-functions as ignorable in
#'with-defmfun-key-args, which now lets SBCL compile with no warnings
of any kind.  Superficial attempt at modernizing simulated-annealing
so that it compiles, but it still fails.
