Two more changes for Genera

Gary Palter requested to merge gpalter/asdf:master into master
  • Remove LOOP* as the version of Genera which supports ASDF implements destructuring
  • Add "Package: CL-USER" to the modeline so a user could compile ASDF on Genera without first setting their Lisp context to ANSI-CL.
