Fix CCL upgrade in presence of class redefinition

After bundle-op was redefined to be a basic-compile-op,
some classes become confused add load-time, and require temporary
trivia re-definition.

Bump *oldest-forward-compatible-asdf-version* to 3.2.0.2.
