Avoid calling fmakunbound on (setf output-translations) on MKCL

MKCL 1.1.9 hates it, and works well without it.

  • Just tried (fmakunbound '(setf output-translations)) in either MKCL 1.1.9 or MKCL's git master head and found that it works as expected. Could you please describe the symptoms (debugger message or other) that made you believe this workaround was needed?
