Feature request: clpm option for :git* sources

I think it would be incredibly useful to have an additional keyword option for :github and :gitlab sources, called :clpm or :clpmfile. If I depend on a system in git that is CLPM-managed, I could specify the name of the clpmfile to look for in this git repository, which could have tighter versioning constraints, possibly even other git sources that are CLPM-managed, than what would be discovered by grovelling and installing from Quicklisp.
