:systems argument to :git, :github, and :gitlab requirements ignored when reading lock files

If I specify :systems on a :git, :gitlab, or :github requirement, then that is not persisted to the lock file and is thus ignored when reading the lock file, bringing more systems into the bundle than intended.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
