Installing dependencies local to the source tree and loading them without requiring CLPM
I really like the ideas and design of CLPM. One thing that would be really convenient is to be able to do the same thing as Quicklisp bundles:
Quicklisp library bundles are self-contained sets of systems that are exported from Quicklisp and loadable without involving Quicklisp. A library bundle has a directory structure that includes software archives, an index file, and a Lisp file that can be loaded to configure ASDF to understand how to load systems from the bundle.
I think making a project not depend on "the outside world" can be desirable for a number of reasons. In my case, I just want an easy way for me to manage and update deps without the rest of my team needing to worry about it. (We include them in the source tree now, but are as of now unmaanged)
