Remove code/unix-glibc2

Describe the bug

code/unix-glibc2.lisp still exists, but isn't used in worldbuild or worldcom. It's been that way for some time now.

Expected behavior

This file should not be used anymore. But leave the contrib version around in case anyone wants to load up the extra glibc2 stuff.
