(ROOM T) gives a type error

(ROOM T) can error out with a type-error
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
- Run ansi-test using
make LISP="lisp -noinit -nositeinit"
- Look for the test ROOM.4
- You'll see something like:
Test ROOM.4 failed
Form: (LET ((S
(WITH-OUTPUT-TO-STRING (*STANDARD-OUTPUT*)
(ROOM T))))
(NOT (ZEROP (LENGTH S))))
Expected value:
T
Actual value:
#<TYPE-ERROR {61385A05}> [Type-error in KERNEL::OBJECT-NOT-TYPE-ERROR-HANDLER:
182784 is not of type KERNEL::CLASS]
Expected behavior
We shouldn't be getting type errors.
Desktop (please complete the following information):
- OS: Linux
- Version snapshot-2020-04
But, for whatever reason, version 2017-04 doesn't have this problem. Could be that it's flaky.
