**Describe the bug** In fixing #68, we changed the default optimization level to `-O1` in `Config.x86_common`. But clang builds cmucl just fine with `-O2`. It's useful to allow each Config.x86 to set the optimization level instead of inheriting it from `Config.x86_common`.
