generalized-boolean. CLX originally defined the boolean type to be a
generalized boolean, however ANSI CL introduced a more restrictive
boolean type (or nil t) which had been used by clx which broke code
passing generalized booleans. Since the generalized-boolean type is
equivalent to T the declarations could have been flushed, but are
      retained for documentation purposes.

Modified EVENT-LISTEN according to Chris Lindblad's patch to make it
correctly count how many events are pending when called from within
        an EVENT-CASE branch.

Masked out export of type-error. This is in accordance with the expectation
that the system has type-error defined in the "LISP" package.

There are two definitions for the request-error condition, each exactly the
same but one is before and one is after the definition for
REPORT-REQUEST-ERROR. I masked out the first one and masked in the second.
This is in accordance with the default sillines the author followed.
