	Improve DESCRIBE and INSPECT slightly
	... make condition objects less opaque to inspect
	... likewise funcallable-instances
	... make generic functions /more/ opaque to DESCRIBE...
		... so now (describe #'print-object) only
		takes up 4 screens, not hundreds
