0.8.7.32: 

	renamed FOO_PAGE masks to FOO_PAGE_MASK in hopes of reducing
		future confusion between wordwise equality and bitwise
		flag testing (which seemed to be implicit in one of the
		GC fixes in 0.8.7.whatever)
