created an eclipse-internals package.

some bugs fix.
some functionalities added.
file splitting to reorganize the project a little:
 - wm.lisp and global.lisp had been splitted into:
	- widgets.lisp (base-widget, root, application, buttons, ...)
	- input.lisp (general event processing)
	- gestures.lisp (key-combo, cursor movement)
	- eclipse.lisp (Top level functions)
	- move-resize (moving and resizing master)
	- misc.lisp (...)
	- lib/clx-ext/clx-extensions.lisp
 - gnome-manager.lisp had been splitted into:
	- manager-commons.lisp
	- gnome-manager.lisp
	- netwm-manager.lisp
one directory added with one sub-directory: lib and lib/clx-ext
a new package clx-extensions in lib/clx-ext
some files had moved:
	- image-reader.lisp into lib
	- event.lisp ...... into lib/clx-ext
	- cursor.lisp ..... ----------------
	- cursordef.lisp .. ----------------
	- keysysms.lisp ... ----------------
	- keysymdef.lisp .. ----------------

THE DOCUMENTATION IS OUT OF DATE. ( :( )

Finally, I only compiled and tested Eclipse with CMUCL. It should
work for other ANSI CL implementations, but the Makefile may have to
be modified, I guess.
(I have test it under x86 and Sparc ultra 1 with solaris).

Requirements:
-------------
In order to use Eclipse, you need the following working on your machine:
Requirements :
--------------
- Common Lisp (see http://www.cons.org/cmucl for a free implementation)
- LOOP (it usually comes standard, at least for CMUCL and ACL)
- CLX library (ANSI CL implementation of the X11 Protocol)
- MK-Defsystem library (http://sourceforge.net/projects/clocc/)
In order to use Eclipse, you need the following to work on your
machine :
- Common Lisp (see the <http://www.cons.org/cmucl> for a free implementation)
- Loop (it usually comes with the standard, at least for CMUCL and ACL)
- CLX library (AINSI CL implementation of the Xlib)
- MK-Defsystem library (<http://sourceforge.net/projects/clocc/>)
- GNOME (optional)
You can find all the Lisp parts in Debian packages
(http://www.debian.org/distrib/packages), I recommend using them.
You can find all the Lisp parts in the Debian CMU CL packages
(<http://www.debian.org/distrib/packages>), I recommand them.
- A core image of the language that includes CLX and defsystem (and LOOP if
needed). See the core creation section for more information.
- A core image of the language that includes CLX and defsystem (and
loop if needed). See the core creation section for more information.
Note that the CLX version distributed with CMUCL up to and including version
18d has a bug. The patch for this bug is contained in the file
'clx-patch.lisp' distributed with Eclipse. The CLX version in CLOCC does not
have this bug, nor does the Debian distribution of CMUCL. For compiling the
CLX distributed with CMUCL see the file #p"target:tools/clxcom.lisp". (In
this case 'target' means the location of the CMUCL source code, which may not
be installed.)
Installation:
-------------
The following
Compilation & Install :
-----------------------
shell$ ./configure
shell$ make
shell$ make install
shell $ ./configure
shell $ make
shell $ make install
should work, at least for a typical CMUCL.

see ./configure --help for options that can be used.
the particular --enable and --with options recognized:
--with-lisp=DIR or FILE your lisp system.
--with-core=FILE specifies particular core image to use if
the default one is not appropriate.
--enable-compile-into-core=FILE core image name for compile destination
default is disable.
default core name : eclipse-lisp.core.
--with-gnome-entry-dir=PATH path to the wm-properties directory.
default is enable.

/usr/local/share/gnome/wm-properties )
--with-lisp=DIR or FILE Your lisp program.

Core creation :
---------------
--enable-compile-into-core=FILE Core image name for compilation.
This is disabled by default.
Default core name: eclipse-lisp.core.
In order to run Eclipse, you need a Lisp core file that contains:
--with-gnome-entry-dir=PATH Path to the Gnome wm-properties directory.
This is enabled by default.
(Default search list:
/usr/share/gnome/wm-properties
/usr/local/share/gnome/wm-properties )
- CLX, the Common Lisp interface to the X Window System
- mk:defsystem, the portable, free defsystem facility
1. For CMU CL:
Get, the file "clx-library.x86f" from an appropriate site
(Debian, or cons.org, according to the system you are running).
For other CL implementations, you will probably find everything you
need from sourceforge.net under the project named CLOCC.
(see <http://sourceforge.net/projects/clocc/>).
2. Get the mk:defsystem from sourceforge.net (the file is called defsystem.lisp)
3. Compile the file defsystem.lisp
4. Run a fresh Lisp
6. Load the compiled files for clx and defsystem.
7. Dump an image.
Core Creation:
