Update this to reflect current status. 

o Clean up version numbers
o Remove the part about DEFSYSTEM.
o Mention we only have UltraSPARC versions.
o Remove the OpenBSD/x86 section
o Add a section for Mac OS X/ppc.
o Remove mention of binaries for Irix/MIPS and Linux/Alpha.
