We should not use ECASE when looking at the FAMILY bit of an .Xauthority file, because the user can legitimately have families in there that CLX does not support. Instead, be permissive, on the basis that we will never choose a family we don't support as the best authorization. (Also log a comment about IPv6 support, which triggered this patch.
