Update ASD information and website
Author: Nikodemus has not been doing Alexandria maintenance for a long time now and should not be named in the ASD file because of risk of confusion. People looking up authors in ASD files expect to see someone who is currently responsible
Version: I have mailed Nikodemus a while ago, and his response on the issue was:
Probably not relevant, but the reason Alexandria got stuck in 0.0-state was that I was insisting on an overly ambitious review process for everything before release. In retrospect that was silly.
Alexandria version 0.0.0 made sense back in 2012. It's been six years and Alexandria has been the most downloaded library on Quicklisp for months, if not years (link to stats)
Website: it should be updated to refer to this Common Lisp GitLab instance instead of the alexandria-devel mailing list which has been dead for a full year now.
