Draft: Fix the handling of wildcards in `uiop:ensure-directory-pathname`

Robert Goldman requested to merge 140-uiop-ensure-directory-pathname-mangles-pathname-with-wildcard into master

Construction of a directory-pathname (with uiop:ensure-directory-pathname) creates an escaped pathname instead of a plain pathname.

Need to determine what happens to wildcards (specifically asterisks) when ensure-directory-pathname is invoked on a pathname with "*" as name that has been created by ensure-pathname.
