New ansi-test failures
Describe the bug
After updating ansi-tests from the upstream version, there are new test failures.
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
- Check out the latest code from cmucl/ansi-tests
- Run
make LISP="lisp -noinit -nositeinit"
- See the final output

Additional context
These new failures are being marked as expected failures in ansi-tests for now. But we should investigate why these tests are failing; it could be a simple fix.
