Add documentation for for define-assembly-routine.

Describe the feature in more detail

Currently there is no documentation for define-assembly-routine in assemfile.lisp. That basically mean you either now or have to guess how to write one based on the other assembly routines. That's not great.

We should add some documentation to make it a little easier to write assembly routines.
