Fix #260: Mention hemlock must loaded for -edit/-slave to exist

Mention that for the command-line options -edit and -slave work only if the core already has hemlock loaded. That is, you must create a new core with hemlock loaded. Then then command-line options will be available. It won't work loading hemlock at the same time as starting lisp.
