Deleted the :element-size of 2 for double-regs, 'cause we can't save tns

with an element size other than 1.  It doens't matter, 'cause nothing
ever gets allocated in the odd fp regs.

Added a branch to primitive-type to pick off function types.  Also changed
primitive type to used defun-cached.
