o Add a little text to unix-chmod docstring to describe the mode

  argument better.
o Make docstring for unix-mkdir mention unix-chmod instead of
  unix-fchmod for the mode argument.

(Patch mostly from GP Lisper, cmucl-help 2009/01/22.)
